Correct way of use:
1- First, place the abdominal part of the pregnancy belt under the abdomen, then adjust and tighten it in a comfortable position.
2- Please make sure that the back part of the pregnancy belt is placed on your back and its two splints are placed on both sides of your spine.
Then stick its two edges on the abdominal part.
3- Pass the 5 cm wide strip of the waist part over the stomach according to the figure and stick it on the other side of the waist part as you feel comfortable.
4- Adjust the lumbar part of the product again on the abdominal part according to the shape so that it is firm and comfortable at the same time.
