• Only use on intact skin. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the

specified materials. Wear this product on a cotton undershirt.

• The product should be applied as illustrated.
• Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted.
• If a rash develops, pain is prolonged or conditions worsen, discontinue use

and consult a physician.

• To choose the right size, measure your waist according to the picture in the

table of size section and choose the right size.

Washing instruction:

• Washing in cold water, gentle cycle and mild soap.
• Do not dry-clean or tumble dry.
• Do not use bleach.
• Dry in an air current, and do not expose this brace to any heat source.

Instructions for use:
1 Unfasten  hooks and loops and straps, hold abdominal binder ends firmly at waist and wrap.
2 Make sure that the centre of the abdominal binder is at the centre of your back, then secure hook and loop to the desired compression level. Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable.

3 Pull and wrap elastic side compression strap around your waist and secure it to the desired comfort  level  for extra compression.
